Sierra Rizing...
Founded in 2002 by Teal Triolo, Sierra Rizing quickly became the heartbeat
of this small community's mornings. With her training as a pastry chef under
the auspices of Wolfgang Puck at
Postrio,
Joyce Goldstein at Square One and Jeremiah Tower at Stars -famed chefs and
restaurants of San Francisco, Teal gained the hands on knowledge she applies
in the creation of a wide variety of fine foods and baked goods.
Sierra Rizing has grown since its opening from a simple bakery to a full
scale catering operation, also opening a second location in the winter of
2008. We are honored to bring a slice of San Francisco's metropolitan sophistication
to the palette of this small but but thriving community.
